• Immediate Booking Records: All online reservations generate an official dispatch reference code. Our operations team reviews vehicle availability and flight details prior to departure.

• Flight Delay Guarantee: For Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) or Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport (HRI) arrivals, our chauffeurs actively monitor your scheduled flight number. Even if your flight is delayed by several hours, your chauffeur will be waiting at the arrival terminal with an official signboard at no extra waiting fee.

• Accurate Contact Info: Guests must ensure that their provided WhatsApp telephone number and email address are active and reachable during travel in Sri Lanka.

• 100% Fixed Rates: Quotations issued on our platform are final. We maintain a zero-hidden-fee guarantee.

• Expressway Tolls: All applicable highway toll tickets (such as the E03 Katunayake Expressway, E04 Central Expressway, and E01 Southern Expressway) are pre-calculated and included in the total fare unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Multi-Day Tour Allowances: On multi-day itineraries, fuel, chauffeur lodging, driver meals, and vehicle parking fees are fully covered by SIGIRIYA Taxi. Guests are never required to pay for the driver's accommodation.

• Licensed Drivers: Every chauffeur employed or dispatched by SIGIRIYA Taxi holds a valid commercial driver's license certified by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA).

• Luggage Capacities: Passengers must adhere to the recommended luggage limits per vehicle category (Sedan: 2 large bags; SUV: 3 bags; KDH Flat: 6 bags; KDH High-Roof: 10+ bags) to ensure safe driving and unobstructed views.

• Non-Smoking Fleet: To protect subsequent guests and uphold hygiene standards, all our vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Smoking stops can easily be arranged on demand.
